1  产品概述 product Overview

1.1  名称、型号、版本、保密代号 Name, Type, Version and Confidential code

定义产品的名称、商标、型号和版本. 

说明产品归属：属于哪个系列的，归属哪个产品线，是否是新的产品系列，是否需要申请新的商标。

Define name, trade mark, model and version of product. For example, “ATM switch, Radium  8350, V1.0R001”.

Describe what category the product belong to: which family, which product line , whether it is a new product family and whether new trade mark need to be applied.

1.2   版本描述  Version description

1.2.1 V版本描述   Description of V version   

描述本设计规格书对应的R版本所在的V版本的主要功能及特征

Describe main functions and features of V version this design specifications (equivalent to R version) belongs to

1.2.2  V版本各R版本描述  Description of each R versions within V version

描述同属一个V版本的各R版本的关系及主要特征和区别

Describe relationships, main features and differences between different R versions within the same V version

1.3  业务简述 Service Profile

简述产品推出后能够提供的主要业务，如Internet接入、IP电话、VOD等

Briefly describe major services the product can provide when it is launched, e.g. Internet access, IP phone and VOD, etc.

1.4  组网与设备独立性 Networking and independence of equipment

从网络角度看待系统，画出主要业务应用时的组网图，重点描述本产品在网络中的位置,简述与配套产品关系及设备独立性，说明与配套产品或系统其余部分的相互接口，比如上行接口的ATM交换机、GSR等，或下行接口的远端模块，以太网交换机等

Look at the system from the network point of view. Draw a networking map showing all main services are applied. Position of this product in the network should be described as an emphasis  and relationship with auxiliary equipment and independence of this equipment should be briefly described. Interfaces with auxiliary equipment and other parts of the systems should be described. E.g. Up interface ATM switch and GSR, etc. Or down interface remote module and ethernet switch, etc.

2  产品功能、性能 product functions and performance

2.1  功能特性 Functional features

此部分内容可以和《分解与分配》模板中的功能项相关联，主要说明产品对外提供的功能特性及相应的性能指标，功能特性的描述要求至少向下分解一级

This section can associate with  the function items in <Partitioning and Allocation> Template.  Mainly Describe functional features and corresponding performance parameters the product can provide to external customers. Description of functional feature should be partitioned at least one level downward.

2.2  系统对外接口 External interfaces of the system

说明系统对外接口（包含管理接口）类型、数量、遵循的规范及协议、实现的功能。

Describe type and number of external interfaces of the system and the  rules and protocols it follows as well as the realized functions

2.3  整机性能指标 Whole set performance standards

定义整个设备在提供业务时对外表现的性能指标；所有性能指标需注明出处，如是参照国际标准、国标、竞争对手、理论计算等。 可以参照如下表格列出

Describe performance parameters when the whole set is running to provide services; all the performance standards should give sources of quotation if it follows international standard, national standard, competitors and theoretic calculation, etc. The following table could be used as reference
